My typical turnaround time for standard embroidery items is 3-4 weeks. For custom embroidery orders, my turnaround time varies based on the project.

If you need your order sooner, please inquire for rush and expedited options.

I am located in Dallas, TX. For customers providing items to be embroidered, you can either drop items off directly to me or ship your items.

I currently only offer shipping within the U.S.—shipping costs are calculated upon completion of each order. Once I have shipped your order, you will receive a tracking link.

Since all embroidery items are custom-made, I do not accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds.

Please double-check that all details (spelling, sizing, colors, design, placement, etc.) are correct when placing your order. If there is an error on my part, I will gladly work with you to make it right. 

Sunday Stitches is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they've been handed off to the carrier. If your package gets lost, I recommend contacting the shipping provider directly using your tracking number.

All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery to determine a solution.

I want you to love your embroidery purchase! If you are unhappy with how your embroidery turned out, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. While custom embroidery purchases are not eligible for returns or refunds, I will try my best to find a solution. 

Yes! Bulk pricing is available for larger orders. Pricing varies depending on the item, quantity, and embroidery design. For orders of 10+ pieces, please reach out for a custom quote.

Yes! I can embroider logos, handwriting samples, sketches, etc. Inquire for more details. Digitization fees will apply.
